No. Failed checks come with retake advice, such as how to fix your lighting and wall. The paid file is cropped and sized to the official specification, without background replacement or face retouching.
Does passing guarantee acceptance?
No. The issuing authority makes the final decision, and you still need to follow the rules the checker can't assess. If a photo our checker marked as passing is rejected by the issuing authority, we refund in full.

No. Official rules say the photo must show only the applicant, with no other people in the frame, so each person needs their own photo. You can check each person's photo here for free, one photo at a time; the family option covers digital photos for up to 5 people using the same document, with one retake each.
