pixtidy is operated by TENSO LLC. By using this website you agree to these terms.

What we sell

Digital passport and visa photos: we crop, size and check a photo you provide against the published specification for the document you select. You receive a digital JPEG file and, if purchased, a printable 4×6 sheet. There are no subscriptions and no physical goods.

Payment and delivery

Prices are shown before checkout and charged once, in US dollars, through Stripe. Files are delivered instantly in your browser after payment.

No guarantee of acceptance

We are not affiliated with any government. Acceptance of a photo is always decided by the issuing authority. If a photo our checker marked as passing is rejected, you are covered by our refund guarantee.

Your responsibilities

Upload only photos of yourself or of a person you are authorised to act for (for example your child). Do not use the service to create misleading or fraudulent documents.

Privacy

Photos are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us. See our privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
