If a photo that our checker marked as passing is rejected by the issuing authority, email support@pixtidy.com with your order email and the rejection notice (a screenshot is fine). We refund in full.

Not happy for any other reason? Write to us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. pixtidy is operated by TENSO LLC.
